We moved in last spring, and with all the storms we've had since, I keep wondering if the shingles are holding up. I finally decided to schedule a roof inspection before the next big rainfall. The roofer will check for loose or missing tiles, look at the flashing around the chimney, and make sure the gutters are clear.
